  1. Malasana

Malasana, also known as Garland pose is one of the best poses to practice daily. In fact, it is completely a squat exercise that helps to manage constipation and digestion problems with ease. Moreover, the pose gives ways to strengthen the knees and legs enabling a person to live a healthy life. A person should stand with his/her legs and wide them. Chaturanga Dandasana works well on the entire body because it helps to sculpt the core and strengthen the arms and legs. Also called as Four Limbed Staff Pose, the primary advantage of this yoga is that it helps to improve the balance and focus. It is an easy on to perform on the floor by lowering the body closer and pushing the lower backward. A person should tuck his/her toes and keep the body in a straight line.

  1. Bhujangasana

Bhujangasana is a cobra pose that enables a person to sculpt and toning glutes and belly to a large extent. It is a simple backend pose that works on five chakras. One can perform the pose by lowering the body on the floor first. He /she should push the torso and keep the elbows bent. After that, a person should gently tilt the head back and gaze up to give a good stretch to the neck.

  1. Shavasana

Shavasana is a corpse pose which calms down the brain effectively that can reduce the stress and other problems. A person should lie down on a floor by spreading the legs out wider than hips. He/she should stretch the hands and keep spine in a neutral position to relax the body.
