- Examine, carry out, and decide on the cases assigned for the Video KYC procedures: This involves executing the Video KYC verification for the current and prospective client base in close conjunction with the sales team spocs and the customer (in accordance with the process/policy set)
- Assure complete compliance with the rules and guidelines established for the Video KYC process and KYC paperwork (officially valid documents, or OVDs).
- Make that the decisioning files and system are updated accurately for the cases’ final conclusions.
- Make sure the TAT and benchmark productivity/accuracy goals are reached, and assist the team in achieving them.
- Make sure that urgent emails from internal stakeholders and customers are prioritized and closed, and that VKYC referrals are closed.
- Examine the procedure, proactively find any gaps, and draw attention to them for modifications, including RCAs, customer issues, and communication templates.
- Keep track of the duties assigned to process-specific tasks for any new modifications to policies, systems, or procedures.
- Make sure that all internal and external clients have almost no complaints by making sure that tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Serve requests, escalation, doubts and activities as required by the business
