There are three methods for adapting intermittent fasting are periodic fasting, day fasting, and daily-time fasting. Intermittent fasting is very similar to a calorie-restricted diet. This diet lowers the risk of diet diseases like metabolic syndrome. Fasting has productivity ranging from a blood transfusion and replacement drinks.

It’s because you don’t have to count your daily calorie intake or restrict yourself from any food (it’s just time which you have to manage).   • 4). People who have obsessive thoughts about food and loss of weight.
  • 5). People who have medical history including diabetes.
  • 6). It affects certain medications too.

Historically it was done for culture but now it has become a popular way of losing weight because you don’t have to change what you eat but it’s about what time you eat. There are almost six options for prohibiting the food of one meal to fasting for almost 24 hours.
